Welcome to AVL Maintenance, provided by AVL Boilers ("we", "us"). By using this app you agree to these terms.
This app lets you report plumbing, heating and boiler issues, request quotes and book annual services. You agree to provide accurate information and only submit reports for properties you are authorised to act on behalf of.
Submitting a report does not guarantee immediate attendance. For gas leaks, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. For other emergencies, call AVL Boilers directly.
You must not submit false reports, abusive content, malware, or spam. We may refuse service or block access for misuse.
You retain ownership of photos you upload, but grant AVL Boilers a licence to use them to assess and respond to your request. Maximum 20 MB per photo.
Any pricing communicated through this app is an estimate, not a binding contract. Final quotes are confirmed in writing after on-site assessment.
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVL Boilers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the latest version.
