• Details about the issue you are reporting and any photos you upload.
• Submission timestamps (for audit and fraud-prevention purposes).

How we use it

• To contact you about your report, quote or service booking.
• To send you optional annual service reminders (only if you opt in).
• To investigate misuse, spam, or fraudulent submissions.

Where it's stored

Submissions and photos are stored securely in our managed backend. Photos are kept in a private storage area that is not publicly accessible — only authorised AVL Boilers staff can view them.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with engineers and partners who need it to carry out your request, or where required by law.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

Cookies

The app uses essential browser storage only (to remember in-progress forms and prevent duplicate submissions). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep submission records for up to 7 years for accounting, warranty and audit purposes, then delete them.
